The Greenlancers philosophy
As consulting experts, we have supported complex transformations, working closely with clients to address their strategic and operational challenges.
Faced with the sustainability transition, one thing became clear: traditional consulting firms and freelance platforms are no longer enough to deliver this transformation properly.
We developed a "third way - with you.
Above all, we listened to the people living the transition every day: companies, consultants, freelancers and operational experts.
They all described, in different words, the same tension. On one side (consulting firms): too much complexity, too much cost, too much distance from the field. On the other (freelancing): too much isolation, too much uncertainty, and too little capacity to carry ambitious projects at scale.
From that listening came a simple conviction: the market needed a model capable of reconciling what it still too often separates - rigour and flexibility, deep specialisation and strategic perspective, orchestration and controlled cost.
A selective collective, built to deliver better.
We did not choose volume.
We chose the right experts, in limited numbers, to create what platforms lack: cohesion, shared standards and real collaboration habits.
On complex projects, quality does not come from having more profiles. It comes from having the right people, properly aligned.
Consulting standards, without the overheads.
We removed the weight of traditional consulting without lowering the level of expectation.
Companies gain access to sharp, flexible and better-orchestrated expertise.
Experts gain a structured framework and access to projects they would rarely win alone.
A more direct, more agile, more equitable model.
When two paths crossed again
It started with two former colleagues who became friends. One moved into industrial entrepreneurship. The other continued in consulting and specialised in sustainability transformation. Years later - on Xavier’s 40th birthday, to be precise - Antoine shared his conviction that something was missing in the market. Xavier immediately saw the same opportunity. That was the spark. They decided to join forces and build a project that brings together, in their own words: the best of both worlds, for a better world.
