These Terms of Use are intended to define the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the website published by GREENLANCERS (the “Website”).

By accessing the Website or using any of its features, including contact forms, appointment-booking forms or application forms, any user acknowledges having read these Terms of Use and accepts them unconditionally and without reservation.

1. Website publisher

The Website is published by GREENLANCERS, a French simplified joint stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €40,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 994 198 190, whose registered office is located at 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France.

The Website may be accessed in particular through the following domain names:

2. Purpose of the Website

The purpose of the Website is to present GREENLANCERS’ activities, services and areas of expertise, and to enable users to:

  • contact GREENLANCERS;
  • describe and qualify professional needs;
  • book an appointment;
  • submit applications as freelancers or independent experts.

The Website is not a transactional platform, does not allow users to enter directly into assignments online and does not offer any online sales or payment service as at the date of these Terms of Use.

3. Access to the Website

The Website is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access.

All costs relating to access to the Website, whether hardware, software or internet connection costs, remain the sole responsibility of the user.

GREENLANCERS endeavours to ensure normal access to the Website. However, GREENLANCERS may suspend, restrict or interrupt access to the Website at any time, including for maintenance, security, update or technical development purposes.

GREENLANCERS shall not be held liable for the consequences of any temporary or partial unavailability of the Website.

4. Rules governing use of the Website

The user undertakes to use the Website fairly, lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose.

In this respect, the user shall refrain in particular from:

  • using the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or for purposes contrary to public policy;
  • impairing the proper functioning, security or integrity of the Website;
  • attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data connected to the Website;

5. Forms and applications

5.1 Contact forms and requests for discussion

The forms available on the Website allow users to send a request to GREENLANCERS in order to be contacted, to describe their needs or to request a discussion.

The user warrants that the information submitted is accurate and that they are entitled to make the request, in particular when acting on behalf of a company.

5.2 Appointment booking

The Website may allow users to request an appointment via a third-party tool.

A request for an appointment does not constitute automatic confirmation of a meeting. GREENLANCERS remains free to accept, reschedule or refuse any request depending on its availability or the relevance of the request.

5.3 Freelance applications

The Website may allow a freelancer or independent expert to submit an application to GREENLANCERS.

Submitting an application does not create any right to join the Greenlancers collective, any automatic listing, or any promise of an assignment, collaboration or contractual relationship.

GREENLANCERS remains free to review, select, reject, contact or not contact any applicant.

The user undertakes to submit only the information strictly necessary for the review of their application and not to disclose, unless specifically required, any sensitive or confidential data that has not been requested.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, its structure, architecture, texts, content, visuals, logos, trademarks, names, graphic elements, interfaces, databases and any other elements composing the Website are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, these elements are the exclusive property of GREENLANCERS or are used by GREENLANCERS under a licence or right of use.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, extraction, reuse, dissemination or exploitation, in whole or in part, of all or part of the Website, on any medium and by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of GREENLANCERS, is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.

7. Hyperlinks

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or external resources.

GREENLANCERS has no control over such third-party websites and shall not be held liable for their content, availability, security or practices.

The creation of hyperlinks to the Website is authorised provided that it does not harm the image, rights or interests of GREENLANCERS and does not create any confusion as to the origin of the content or the nature of the relationship with GREENLANCERS.

GREENLANCERS endeavours to provide information on the Website that is as accurate and up to date as possible. However, the information made available is provided for general information purposes only.

GREENLANCERS shall not be held liable for:

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law.

In the event of any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity or performance, and failing prior amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
